I didn’t really like the service here. I ordered a 10 piece chicken tender combo first. They didn’t give my fries. I didn’t get my large fry. Next they argued with me and said they heard me say something that I never said. And to top it off she asked what I wanted to do. I said I wanted my money back. And last they didn’t give any sauce. Even though I requested bbq. I wouldn’t go here again. The service was just too poor. The food wasn’t bad. It’s just the service for me. And they made me wait to get my food. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot.

I’m giving this specific location a 2star for the most part it was clean, bathrooms clean, staff was neutral. But what was most disappointing was my food. I ordered a simple cheeseburger ketchup mustard only. And when I opened the wrapper I was puzzled but not only did it look deflated, there was barely a burger in it. Not even close to advertising photos of a Hardee’s cheeseburger.

It’s not often I want a fast food burger but when I do I go to Hardee’s. I don’t know why but their burgers are, in my opinion, far better than any other fast food place including five guys. This particular location should have been remodeled/updated a long time ago but the burgers are still incredibly good!
