The food here has always been good. I could basically recommend everything. The cheese sauce they keep individually in a warmer all day and I feel like it doesn’t taste as fresh as it used to. Just a suggestion to the owners, the atmosphere isn’t so great. You need some music or something in there. It’s like complete silence and a little depressing. I want to be happy while I sit inside and get fat eating your food.

I ordered a combo sandwich and the tater kegs (tots stuffed with bacon, chives, and cheese). Was only 19 bucks.

First and last time I’ll ever step foot in this Pops. First, it’s 90 degrees outside and they will not put the air on. You walk in and immediately feel it’s heat impact, absolutely ridiculous for a Food establishment. I asked the sever about it and she said she knows and rolled her eye…really? I asked for the manager and she left and never came back. Other customers in line, while I was, also voiced their concerns. This definitely as not a case of a broken unit, it was ALL about a very cheep owner who doesn’t want to turn the air on. Little does he realize, he will lose more business passively approaching the complaints this way, certainly lost mine! Get it together Pops in Orland, you want to survive in this competitive industry….do right by your customers, start with put your air on so people can sit and eat….just saying!

Great food and friendly workers. Food is always nice and hot. Ordered the Pizza Puff for the first time and thought it would be deep fried like it should be but pretty sure it was microwaved. Not going to let one thing from dropping below 5 stars. Very reasonable prices in today’s world.

this pops location is absolutely horrible. i ordered a beef and it was absolutely horrible, it lacked flavor and was dripping wet and the bread just completely fell apart after asking for it to be dry. the fries tasted like they’ve just been sitting for days and they were just reheated. the quality of the food is completely horrible and it all tastes old. most of the workers looked bummy and were rude and didn’t really pay attention. the tables and floors were messy and looked like no one had cleaned them for days. only one girl kept working and doing her job and making sure everything was clean, she would run out and make sure the tables were clean whenever a customer would walk in. overall the worst food and location i’ve ever been to.

My Italian beef with provolone cheese was delicious. The fries were outstanding. All food was freshly cooked.

You cannot call yourself a hot dog place when you put pieces of cheese and not melted cheese on a chili cheese dog. I have no clue why these people are popular but their food sucks

Beef was dry so I wouldn’t order again, but the burger, breaded steak, and seasoned fries were decent

First time there and last. Italian beef was extremely dry, no seasonings at all. Had to choke down with drink. Wife’s Gyro tasted like it was cheap freezer burnt meat. What a waste of $30.
