I went to this location with five kids as a celebrations after the first day of school. The staff was very friendly and patient with the kids. The waitress was attentive and accommodating and the general manager was very nice.

Waitress didn’t write down our order and messed it up. We had to repeat it twice. Then she brought my daughter sausage when she asked for bacon. They charged us for a side of bacon even though it was her mess up bringing sausage the 1st time. Then she charged us for barbecue sauce that we never even got after asking for it 3 times. Then we asked for a refill of pop 2 times but she never came back with it we had to go up to the counter to ask someone else for a refill. We asked for a manager and the manager refused to take the bacon or barbecue sauce off or even apologize. Horrible experience and super rude staff.

Waited an hour to pick up a call in , a broke tablet. Maybe don’t take o line or call in orders until you fix the problem. Was planning on take out and not sit and wait for them to start making it. They didn’t say a said a word I had th , they close at 8 . My order was put in a little after 6. It’s 748 , foods paid for just waiting on awful customer service.

I haven’t been to a Bigboy in probably 30 years. It was what you would expect from a Bigboy. Not much has changed, It was ok. It did stand out to me as being different because it was in a strip mall and all the locations I’ve ever been to in the past have been stand alone restaurants, so a different floor plan than I’m use to.

We carry out shakes on Sunday and had absolutely wonderful service. Everyone was friendly and Helpful. Michael made our shakes with care and love with a smile. It is so nice to feel welcome. Please keep up the good work. The Shakes were really good too.

I drove by this location about a week ago, and from the road, I could see that it looked modern. So today I decided I was going to come here for lunch. I walked inside and saw all the bright colors the high ceiling it. It feels modern. I ordered up bacon cheeseburger with white cheddar and BBQ sauce with a side of onion rings and an ice tea. The burger was delicious, and the onion rings were great. I will be coming back for lunch.
