Place was very dirty and unorganized. Stuck on grease, dust, and spider webs everywhere. Boxes just stacked along the front window, I don’t know how I feel about that. The oven in kitchen looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and the sauce was in a big sauce bucket uncovered and unrefrigerated, big problem since there was flies everywhere. It was my first and last time going.

Just got the egale special today and the quality of the food has dropped. Idk what changed? I really do not write reviews, this happened a while back but this was bad. The big tatted lady that has red hair DOES NOT wear a mask at all and she doesn’t take covid precautions. She was coughing so much and still not wearing a mask. On top of that she was really rude and a B. When I went in there she was also listening to offensive videos. I’ve been in there one other time before this, and she wasn’t there and had a good experience with the young ladies there. Never again going back, that is unsafe, disgusting, and unsanitary. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

It may be under new ownership, but the pizza hasn’t changed. I love their crust and they add plenty of toppings and bake the pizza long enough it isn’t a limp mess. It’s the only place in town I will order pizza from.

If I could give this establishment ZERO STARS I would. I ordered a calzone around lunch time. They said it would take 15 minutes to be ready so I patiently waited in my vehicle. I left right around after 10 minutes and miraculously my calzone was allegedly done. So I went home confident and sat down and bit into my calzone only to find out my food was UNDER COOKED!!! The dough was RAW. I ended up tossing that piece of garbage where it belonged. I was so angry I could of easily walked right up to those TWO LADIES BEHIND THE COUNTER and voiced my frustration but instead I’ll bash them with this review. So my suggestion is: BUYER BEWARE! Check your food before heading out because it may be of poor quality. SHAME ON YOU PACIFICA PIZZA of Firebaugh.
