I’ve had to complain multiple times about receiving burgers that aren’t cooked as well-done as I ask for. Their response is always just an apology. Even when I make a point to remind them not to overcook my fries and to cook my food thoroughly when I place an order, I still end up with overcooked fries and undercooked burgers. when I call to complain their respond would be ” I’m sorry”!!! each time my total would be over $40 dollars.

Me & my husband ate here for the first time. I was in the mood for a burger so we came here & I was scared to try at first because no one was here when we arrive! But I’m glad we ordered anyway it was very delicious! My husband enjoyed his chicken Caesar wrap & My burger tasted even better once I got home.

My salad was good. The crispy chicken was super duper dry, you can taste that the oil is old. The fries were lukewarm which was surprising since we were the only ones in there at the time of waiting and we waited 25 minutes! I wish they had kept their original fries from when they first opened. These were the regular frozen fries with no flavor, plus they were cold. My daughter’s cheeseburger was lackluster as well. I was hoping they would replace Taystees for me since they are closer, bit it’s a no go. The staff were nice.

Pop in here weekly during lunch and I have to say, their food is always on point! They are fairly busy around this time but the workers there are always consistent. There is a girl named Stephanie that works there, I believe she’s a manager, and always greets me with a smile and has a super positive energy about her. I love this place and will continue to be a patron at this establishment.

I heard good things about Ditrict 12, ordered carryout. Ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and there was NO mention of feta on the menu (online), there was feta all over my salad, also, not enough dressing as their ranch is watery ( I was pumped when I read housemade ranch).

If I’m able to not use any stars I would of! Very inconvenient service! Ordered a salad got off work to pick it up and they say oh we don’t have the dressing for the salad we can give you ranch! Wasted my lunch time never coming here again!
