Fresh, made to order Mexican food. Everything is homemade and inexpensive. The salsas are very tasty, and the homemade tamarind juice is amazing. I highly recommend La Placita, especially for lunch.

All I have to say is Baja fish taco. A coworker bought me a pair for lunch and I was amazed. One of the best tasting tacos that I’ve ever had in my life. The tacos were so good. I demanded the address at once. As soon as I got off, I grab my wife threw her over my shoulder and drove from Delray to this very spot. And without disappointment, not only did they deliver five of the best tacos in town. The woman behind the desk treated us with such kindness and courtesy. Service was top-notch food was made with obvious love, and I so appreciate it. In fact, the the woman behind the desk, which later became our waitress, made a mistake. My son asked for a brownie, and they didn’t have any. In true, Hispanic fashion she didn’t charge me for an extra meal. She bought out herself for free. Did you hear me for free. that’s what I call Service.

Had the Pastor Torta and Tamarindo to drink. It was delicious! I preferred the “spicy” red salsa the best out of the two provided (green was “mild”). I would definitely return as it is fairly close to work and a great lunch option.

Amazing spot!! I eat here with my co workers all the time but I knew I had take my wife here!! I let her try a big boy burrito and that’s all it took!!! Now she’s hooked!! We just had tostadas, quesadillas, and that big boy burrito to go!!! Lets get it!!!

I called to order lunch for my coworkers and myself 8 people total , I was greeted by the receptionist saying you have reach a disconnected line out of order and started to crack up laughing, every thing in Spanish. …I hung up, she returned my call but I didn’t answer it. So disrespectful and childish to do something like this. The reason we wanted to order from them is one of our patients highly recommended their food. So sad one stupid employee ruined our lunch.
