It was my first time trying Chipotle. We had chicken al pastor, the new menu. Dine in. The chicken was tender and flavourful. Service was friendly but they need to work more on the cleanliness of the place. I suggest to do take out rather than dine in cause most of the tables are dirty and few of the clean ones were occupied.

I only started picking up lunch from this place when Moe’s closed in the Khols plaza down the street. So far my experience is very wishy washy. A lot of time when I get my pickup order, the portions are sometimes very skimpy and other times it’s alright. A couple of my order haven been stolen off of the pickup shelf and I had to wait for the employees to remake my order. The customer service is lacking and not very friendly. Most of the time when I thank the employees for my order i’m often ignored.

Similar to some of the other reviews here, my meals have been more expensive at this location than they have been at other surrounding locations and the staff are not too friendly. I understand this industry is not the most easy or enjoyable and appreciate the work that these employees do, but hope that they can figure out how to engage with customers in a more understanding fashion. I love Chipotle and advise you to find a different location.

They ran out of chicken prior to me placing order. Sadly she let me tell her 2 chicken bowls. Make an Announcement There’s a wait no chicken or whatever it is you run out of. Poor sevice my first time.

The food at this location was less then average and to be honest this store was more expensive than most for some reason. The service was of poor quality and the staff where extremely difficult when you have a question. The Atmosphere was very warm feeling and was kept clean. Parking is also very easy to find here.

Filthy, food on the floor everywhere and trash is overflowing. It’s 2:43 so there isn’t a lunch rush. The are where you get utensils disgusting!!! Every table is dirty not wiped down. They should be embarrassed. Meat,chips etc on floor tables and chairs.

They do not have their act together. Drinks utensils condiments are always empty and missing and they have screwed up the order several times and left stuff out. Honestly just seems like a management problem.
