Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday and sat at the outside bar to eat. Service was super friendly and quick, beer was ice cold and the food was amazing. I’m a big reuben fan and theirs is huge and one of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t pass on the hot chips either, so good!

Had our book club meeting on the deck. Waitress was very attentive and nice. Food was delicious. O had the Aspen gyro, another had a gyro pizza and broccoli cheese soup with hot chips. Everything was great!

The big issue is their service(not all of them). I just called there to place an order for delivery. The woman who answered the phone was rude immediately and continued to be throughout the entire call. I was polite as I always am especially to people who work in restaurants/bars. I don’t know who this lady is but I would definitely not have her taking calls and orders. There is no reason to treat any customer that way. The woman did state she just had surgery… that doesn’t give you the right to talk to customers like that. If you cannot be kind to people because you had surgery maybe you should stay home until you’re healed up and ready to return with an acceptable attitude. This is probably the same woman that always has an attitude. You order a drink and it’s like you just asked her to do a triathlon. All the servers and other bartenders have always been kind and provide great service. I don’t usually write reviews unless a place goes above and beyond but I had to this time. Hopefully it can change.

We enjoy going to the Chain O Lakes Bar & Grill & actually started going there because the patio is dog-friendly. Food has been good – Service has been GREAT but it’s so hard to watch the waitstaff struggle with the doors when they’re trying to bring the food out. There must be a better door system to help these hard-working employees. I’d rather pay a bit more if it meant the waitstaff could have an easier time. Still, our Server didn’t complain and she even brought fresh, cool water out for the dog. Fun summertime stop!

We got there at about 5:40. The parking lot was full. Bingo was still going on so we left. This has happened many times. You should either start bingo at1 or Change to a sunday. We like your food but bingo should not be interfering with dinner service. Please finish by 5 at the latest so your dinner people can get in. We have seen many cars turn away when the parking lot is full because bingo is still going on.

We had excellent service. The food was phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Whether you want a pizza a burger mac and cheese fish steak they have it all covered. Prices are very fair servers are excellent. And the wait for the food was very prompt. relaxing environment.

We went here because it seemed to be well rated. Needless to say we will never go again. We were seated in an acceptable amount of time given the busy night and that’s where things went down hill. We waited 20 minutes for soda and as far as cocktails and water it was 40 minutes longer and I had to go up to the bar and order them from the bar tender. Our waitress was very nice. Appetizers took 45 minutes to get and dinner came out 35 minutes later. Well when the pizzas came out finally, they were over cooked and one was completely wrong from the way it was ordered. Think twice before going here. I hope others will have a better experience than we did.

I had a reservation set for the beach house months in advance. While going through the calendar she gave me a date that was available. Two weeks before my event she sent a text message stating that she double booked and had to cancel my reservation. I could tell she was looking at her calendar when I booked so I assume something more important came up so she just cancelled mine. I can’t believe she would only send the message in a text also. Not going there ever again!

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of restaurant/bar grill. I get it the fact the it was busy and employees are busting there butts. We had a group of 9. Ordered drinks only half of them came went to bar got drinks within 5min took 40 min for our initial drinks to come. Took our appetizers 1hr 15min to come out took 1hr 45min for 2 pizza to come out. This is the first review I’ve ever written for any restaurant. I wish the management would have stepped up and gave my party a heads up that they could not handle the busyness at that time. We missed the fireworks we planned on attending.
