Late Lunch on a Tuesday. Glorified Panda Express. Chow mein is extra… Rice was old enough R Kelly turned it away… Hard grains through each spoon full. Veggie roll had to be store bought frozen with how mushy center was. Atleast the protein and soup had good flavor. Server was good.

Lunch today with friends. Ordered fried tofu with veggies. Sweet and sour chicken. All dishes were good. Presentation was extra nice. I had sweet and sour soup which had perfect amount of heat. We had a really nice inexpensive meal. But an hour later I was dizzy and hubby had a headache. Both very rare for us. So ask if they cook with MSG. It just might be that is causing our symptoms.

After the ladies and I left Juneteenth we decided to have Chinese food which was reasonably priced $38.99 fed all 4 of us and food was left over. It was tasty, hot,fresh and delicious. All the staff are very friendly, nice and make you feel important.

Chow Mein House is very good. The service was pretty quick, wished the workers had uniforms for such a pretty environment. The music was so soothing and it’s in the perfect plaza for lunch. The food was great hot and served to order. Egg rolls was the best and prices was very affordable for lunch. Stop in and give it a try.
