The people here are super friendly every morning except one Becky. I’ve been coming here about three weeks now and the biggest issue I have is the inconsistencies in product quality. I ordered ‘assorted and got 2 different flavors, both in my opinion are my least favorite. 3 stars for the friendly faces here

First time I came here, I asked for a half lemonade, half iced tea. The woman told me she couldn’t do that and got angry when I asked why. Today, I got this “BLT” with rotten lettuce. Threw it right in the trash. Also, I got a sweetened tea instead of unsweetened. These places always seem poorly managed.

I don’t get food here so I can’t speak to that. Any issues I’ve had get cleared up just fine – I’m usually going through the drive-thru. This place gets three stars because the one time I tried out studying inside here, the kid working behind the counter went completely nuclear on a customer over a minor frustration they had. The rest of the staff are good as far as my experience – but afaik this kid still works there. Would steer clear of spending time here beyond the drive thru.

This morning I ordered a mocha iced coffee triple triple. Went to scan my rewards & use the ramining gift card balance on my tim card. The young man at the window scanned my rewards than proceeded to mumble something under his breathe. A lady then came to the window stating that it doesn’t work at this location without saying why… & told me I should have just ordered online. Like i am suppose to know her store as this is also my first time visiting this location; Her scanner is broken & doesn’t take tim cards. Had no signs on the window nor mentioned it before ordering. What if that had been my only way of paying… she was rude about the situation & I just wanted to get back on my way to work. To say the least my coffee is surprisingly decent. However, won’t be visiting this Tim’s in the future. ✌️
