Never Again. Inconsistant products! Poorly thought out! We first rediscovered Mazzios last year, and we ordered a deep dish Ken’s Supreme for 10.99. It was amazing! Then we reordered next weekend and it was raw in the middle. The next 8 pizzas we ordered…were raw in the center. Last night we decided to try their new double decker pizza. The person who came up with this idea should be fired! It is no way to stack a raw pizza and dough on top of another and get both crust done!. The entire middle crust was dough…not cooked in the slightest sense of the word! I forgot to mention on the 3rd or fourth order, they said they would “run the pizza through 2x” those times the dough was done and all the toppings were burnt into a crusty black slab! But they proudly sold it to us anyway! My family is done chasing the dream of that first perfectly cooked pizza! Buyer beware!

This place is awesome! Lori is a superstar! She was taking orders and mopping and cleaning tables and singing beautifully. The staff seems really friendly, the salad bar was absolutely the best I’ve had not from my garden! Everything was fresh. I didn’t have pizza but the Chicken Alfredo add bacon is delicious(Lori’s suggestion). I looked for roaches, stains, racism… Everything in the negative reviews and the only thing I found is the wall behind the salad bar needs wiped down. This place was not at all what I expected when reading the reviews. Thanks guys, hope I get back in this area again!

The staff was awesome and accommodated me during the lunch rush. I’m allergic to pork and mushrooms and they made two different pizzas for me so that I could partake in the buffet. Once the pizzas came out of the oven, they brought over a plate to where I was sitting. They were really hospitable and I really appreciated their service. I’ll be stopping by here again!

Same good food. But the staff felt the need to sweep next to our table while we were trying to eat. I would have understood if it was closing time but the posted hours said the wouldn’t close for another 2 hours. Also put every chair in the dining are on top of the tables while we were eating. Again, it was 2 hours before closing time. Staff was rude and we felt rushed.

This location is the nastiest, most rude, racists bunch of white people I have ever encountered. When I worked there back in 96-97 in high school the owner was very nice and the employees were great! When a black person goes in to do a buffet to go, they want you to use the same tray for your salad AND hot pizza. When we ordered a medium pizza and requested cheese and peppers, the dumb piece of trash gave 1 cheese and 1 pepper. When calling in they place you on hold while talking and when you call back they laugh when they realize you were the same person they so rudely cut off. Everyone I have talked to has complaints about this establishment. Unfortunately they treat all black people the same. White people don’t get this treatment. Is it a color issue? Yes, if all of the complaints are from the same race and the positives are from another. These people need to get it together or move to the area of Harrison Arkansas so they don’t have to worry about having black customers.

Nice salad selection. Arrived when just opened and had to wait for pizza and salad bar. Once people started coming in the buffet had more options. It was clean and staff was very nice and apologized for running late. Worth going back.

I could not even sit down. I ordered the buffet, the food looked great, a very large selection of pizza and other hot items. Filled my plate then went to salad bar and roaches were running all over the back of the metal! Disgusting! I brought it to the attention of the young lady filling the items on the salad bar her hands went up she was completly embarassed. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager who had blond short hair said we spray weekly! I said it does not look like it! And asked for a refund which she gave to me immediately. It was very busy and not one person working there did anything to change the food or kill the roaches. Many elderly people eating and smiling enjoying themselves. I just hope nobody gets sick. The owners obviously do not care about the roach problem and are aware of it but continue to buisness as usual even with roaches running amuck throughout the salad bar!

I hope you don’t want to eat somewhere clean and quick. Took 30 minutes for wings and fries. More flies than employees. Sauce stains on the wall older than myself. Tables haven’t been cleaned since yesterday
