My local T-Bell. It is what it is so not much to say. It’s good for what it is. I don’t think people should be so critical of these fast food chains when the improvement that can be made to them should/needs to come from above at the executive level downwards. Cause if they cared, then they would invest into things to improve. Anyways, always love Taco Bell, and this one is a combination with KFC so that’s convenient

This place was one of the most popular places a while back, but the service has gone down hill for years now. Place is looks old and the employees look like they don’t want to be there. They look at you and leave you waiting at the counter for like 5 to 7 minutes just standing there to see if you leave. No customer service at all. It’s a shame.

Today’s toco bell tastes like pure garbage period. It’s nothing like how it was back in the 90s. Today they put so little of anything between the taco you can’t taste anything. Taco bell needs too close down forever they will never be missed

Plenty of parking, that’s for starters. Always busy drive-thru. Newly completely remodeled store (inside & out). Serves food from KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Most items and specials offered. A little disorganization in the kitchen. Had to wait for my order, because another employee took our pizza and they needed to cook one again (7 minutes). Self serve soda machine area completely wet. Bathrooms are semi-clean, but never saw an employee enter the bathroom to clean as stated on the sign that it’s cleaned every 30 minutes; was in the establishment for about 45 minutes. Overall, good ambience.

Unfortunately a coleslaw salad was bad and the manager didnt want to exchange for another one or change it for some fries the also the bathroom was horrible urine all over the floor wont visit again

The staff does not even know the ingredients of the products Taco Bell sells. I asked for a Fresco Crunch Wrap (Has everything except the dairy products). The lady in the drive through didn’t know what it was, she said she couldn’t find it as an option to select in the register and when the manager chimed in, it would seem that he didn’t know what it was either although he said he did.
