First time here and definitely not disappointed! Food is phenomenal! I ordered meatloaf, Mac n cheese, pinto beans, smothered pork chops with rice, green beans, pinto beans, catfish, greens ,sweet corn, chicken fried chicken and had the rolls and corn bread with kool aid. Please don’t sleep on this place. The food is cooked to order and it’s delicious. We’ll be back. I’d like to try for brunch and try some other items.

They overuse garlic here. Minced garlic in the greens, in the cabbage, and even in the mac and cheese. The fried catfish is good. The meatloaf texture was weird, overprocessed. It seemed like they maybe used a blender. The German chocolate cake was fine, better than Albertson grocery store.

This spot has the BEST COMFORT FOOD in Fort Worth! The smothered pork chops were amazing! So good! I had to remember to take a picture after I had already started eating. Not only is the food good, but the service is the best. You can tell it comes from the owner NANA. She has a heart for those in her community.

I enjoyed the food portion size with decent but could happen a little larger. I tried something called the sweet potato cake which I’ve never heard of and it was excellent. Their food was really great and they customer service was nice. The atmosphere was fine, however you never know what to expect when you’re near the hood. I have nothing against the hood that’s where I originated from. It was still safe but sometimes not even being near. The hood isn’t safe either. The employees even down to the cook were very polite and courteous. I would definitely eat here again and I recommend others to try it

A whole vibe, this was like going to your favorite aunt’s house for Sunday dinner, the fish, great, sides, great. Got me leaving out of here looking like somebody’s coach. Dad bod for real. It’s been a minute since I hit the lean back in a chair lol a much try ok. Must!!!!!! Wait I almost forgot the Kool-aid flavor red. An Nana’s Ranch hands down better than hidden valley’s bs.

After hearing all the positives about this restaurant, I had to experience it myself. After the lady said they had no chicken fried steak, I chose meatloaf instead, with rice and cabbage. The restaurant was clean and the workers had food-handling gloves.

I’ve actually been to this place several times and each time has been better than the last! The smothered turkey leg is pretty good and the German chocolate cake is remarkably delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone. 5/5, 10/10
