Before it became Garcia’s Ranch House, the wait staff was friendly, and helpful. They greeted you on the way in, made sure everything was okay. The food was good old fashioned fare like you might have at home. It was as close to home cooking as you could find anywhere. The steaks were always cooked to perfection, not over cooked or under cooked
