This place is a hidden gem located in the shoprite plaza of Ewing NJ. It seems most of the time reviews are left to bring attention to something that was wrong or not enjoyable by the person dining, and not enough for when things go right. I’ve been visiting this pizzeria quite often on my lunch breaks over the last 4 months or so, and a couple things stand out to me after thinking about it this afternoon, is that not only does this place make terrific pizza, you could drag your finger with your eyes closed all across the menu and wherever it stops, whatever it is would be delicious. And second, the hospitality and genuine kindness that the managers and employees have is second to none compared to just about anywhere you go these days, everybody that walks through Mama Floras gets treated like a king or a queen and to top it off your getting great food that you can tell was made with love and care.
