I started my work day on 4th of July, like a lot of people, and was extra friendly at the drive thru. A lot of workers resent working on Independence Day, so why not make it better? Welp, upon ordering, I noticed I was over charged from a sandwich I selected from the buy 1 get 1 for $1 menu. The last time I was here I was overcharged for breakfast as well, but was in a rush and had to just deal with it. Time passed and I forgot honestly.

It was a quick order after visiting the Zoo. Food was good, fries did get hard after cooling off a bit. I’m not a fan of this company but hubby likes them. After paying for our order in the drive-thru, we were asked to pull forward to a stop sign. When the employee came out to hand us our order, it was like my car had bugs all over it making me reach way out to grab it. I guess the black pavement was hot lava.

Drive through. I really wanted a delicious burger with fresh ingredients. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and got a burger that was adhered to the bun by dried, melted cheese. There were 2 small slices of pickles and 2 tiny slivers of onion (0.5 x 2 cm). No lettuce at all. I could taste ketchup, but I couldn’t see it. I was so disappointed!

Terrible experience. Had to sit in a stall to wait for food while other cars got their meals and left the window within minutes. I cannot even explain the frustration of sitting in a stall watching other people get their food before us. I had children in the car who started crying because other people were being fed first. Customers are not first at this location. After 15 minutes, I had to go into the restaurant and ask for my order. It wasn’t even ready, my children and I had to wait even longer.
