I’ve dined here and at another location, but we decided to have a takeout this time. Of course, hot food was not hot by the time it reached home (approximately 8 minutes), so my fish in particular was less than desirable. Perhaps I should’ve opted for a regular fish fry…oh well. Judging from steak fries and onion rings (and of course, grilled fish), I really should dine in to have the best experience with food here IMHO. Salads and chicken wrap tasted very good by those who had them.

Stopped by this afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. Teresa greeted us at the door and was also our server. All we can say is she is magnificent!! Answered our questions tended to our needs and helped make our experience great! We started with the potato pancakes, which Teresa explained are back on the menu, and thank goodness for that, they were awesome! My husband had the Reuben sandwich and I had the chicken, tender basket. Was not expecting much, but both meals were fantastic! My chicken tenders were huge, crunchy, juicy and delicious. The Reuben was literally chunks of corned beef, piled high with extra 1000 island dressing! The thin fries were perfectly cooked, crunchy, and delicious!! there was so much food. Neither one of us could finish. Can’t wait to have leftovers!! How have we not hit this location before? Can’t wait to go back, hopefully we’ll have the pleasure of seeing Teresa again.

Family friendly or night out with friends or date night for reasonable price. Charred shrimp is really good. We eat here often with young kids. Good selections of beverages. Two thumbs up. Predictable food. Try their house made dressings, I keep liking it here .

We had a great time as always. I only gave 4 stars for the food because they were out of several options, and it was still early in the day. Our servers Emily and Trinity were terrific! We will definitely visit again.

Our food was absolutely delicious. We ordered fish and chips, it came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Even our 16 month old loved it! All the servers were attentive and polite. Family friendly, fun environment.

My inlaws and my family went here for dinner, and it was an experience. Parking was a bit of a challenge. They don’t really have a parking lot. What you may think is part of parking is actually a tow zone. There are signs. Food, drinks, and service was great. I was a little skeptical at first, but turned out to be a great experience. We will return.

This spot was recommended by a good customer and friend. We enjoyed the fried pickles, fish tacos, and the fish and shrimp combo (Eddy style). The food and service were excellent. We even had a great conversation with Doug the manager

It was great! I know it’s a chain but it was really good food. Clean and friendly and got seated right away. Service was perfectly timed. Attentive but not invasive. Seems to be harder to find that these days so a big plus to the wait staff. My thanks to them!

Staff was slow to greet but friendly when they did. Food was ok. Not something I’m looking forward to going back to. I’ve been to many old bag of nails and they seem to have fallen to the stereotypical American place to eat. Unfortunately, I see this place going away in a few years as they’ve dated themselves and don’t produce a product people want anymore. Hopefully, they do something to revamp their menu and refresh their brand.
