Ordered a tuna sandwich at 12pm on a Wednesday and still hadn’t received it over an hour later. Called the restaurant at 12:20 to inquire, was told it was out for delivery, “we’re backed up and only have one driver.” Okay, but the app still says it’s being made…. Get a notification at 12:42, “sandwich is out for delivery.” 1:05pm, still no sandwich. Call restaurant again, get same excuse. Offered a refund without receiving sandwich. Took the refund So now I’m both annoyed AND hangry. Terrible combination. If you’re going to take an hour to deliver an $8 sandwich, at least be upfront about it.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a food place. I ordered online and my food wasn’t done when I arrived over half hour after ordering. After almost everyone was out of the store they asked what I was waiting for and I told them they threw it together very fast and just threw them on the counter in front of me instead of putting in a bag so I can carry them. Needless to say I won’t be coming back and I suggest others don’t take the risk

This location is awesome as it is right on 10th street. Quality like any other Jimmy Johns, not much seating so it is more of a take and go place. I love them because they get your order done super fast so you are in and out. Perfect when you have a tight lunch break. Low carb options with the lettuce wrap! When I ordered delivery they didn’t end up delivering because I didn’t answer my phone when they arrived. Apparently they don’t deliver to your door and you have to go get it from them. I thought that was sort of weird…
