Wanted to love this place. It’s a cute little old school dinner. But we were highly disappointed. First impressions are huge and when we first walked in we were left standing at the front door as employees and wait staff walked right by us not saying a word. After about 15 minutes our waitress strolled out of the kitchen with clearly no sense of urgency and sat us. The table was not clean there was a huge hole in the booth covered up with duck tape, womens hair hanging off the edge of the table and Flys flying over our table and nearby tables.

This restaurant is awesome. The only difference between this restaurant and The Donut Hole is the donuts. You may not see many cars outside but the walk in traffic from the resort behind and the high rises across the street fill this great place up. The Avocado Toast breakfast meal unbelievable and breakfast tacos are a gotta haves The Carter’s will be back.

We were excited to try an old favorite, now that it has changed names and owners. We were able to get a table with no wait (at 10am on a Summer Saturday). Our waitress was friendly, although the layout meant we sometimes waited for refills. The food dud not have too long of a wait, and was delicious. I had a ham and cheese omlette. My husband did as well, but added peppers and onions. We shared a short stack of pancakes. Everything was delicious, and a little more than I could eat. Good value for the money.

This place is excellent and I love the diner-like atmosphere! My kids got pancakes with chocolate chips (nice size and some of the best we’ve had) and berry bliss bowl yogurt with granola (also a nice portion and I couldn’t stop eating it because the fruit was so fresh and the açaí berry yogurt was delicious). I got the garden veggie omelet which was really fresh and extremely tasty.
