Worst Chipotle and Customer Service in the town. Food portions are really small, they put everything only half of the spoon. I asked extra sour cream on the side as she put less than half spoon on my bowl. When I asked extra, she was rude with attitude and said “will u pay for it separately, because it is extra” I paid extra $1.85 for another half spoon of sour cream after paying $13.98 I have never paid extra or seen anyone pays for it. Maybe it is their new policy, have no idea. If so, put signs that mentions about it, or at least be nice with customers who is paying for their orders. They are NOT getting your bland food for free. Will NOT come back again!!!!

Worst Chipotle ever… food is literally cold, chicken was very salty and steak over cooked. I asked to have both chicken and steak with no rice over pinto beans and the guy put rice mixed with the beans. When I asked to just have pinto beans, he responded with an attitude that the rice is already mixed with the beans which is NOT RIGHT. The rice fell in the beans tray and they didn’t want to clean the tray.

They don’t seem to be able to cook the brown rice properly here. It ranges from hard to chewy. I complained after being served hard undercooked brown rice here and tossed my meal. The company was understanding and issued me a voucher, which I used a few days later to see if the situation had improved. The rice had changed from hard to chewy. An improvement, but still not a pleasant meal. Get it together, guys!

Arguably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They serve half the portions they should for the same price. I never leave bad reviews but this place is especially deserving of one. There’s another chipotle nearby that will serve you what you pay for. My food didn’t even fill up half of the bowl because of how little they put of everything. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Horrible. Wish I had read the other reviews. The smallest burrito I ever had. Meat COLD and very tiny portions yet price increase. DOUBLE RIP Off. I want a refund and am now worried this might be the new “standard” of Chipotle since I haven’t been in a while. Thinking twice about going to any Chipotle now.

The people are nice. But we got the smallest servings we have ever gotten in our lives and we eat several times a week in different chipotles across town. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have gotten extremely small servings more than once now.

This is probably the most disorganized, lackluster Chipotle in NYC. There’s always issues with the fountain drinks either not working or being out of carbonation. The staff have the energy level as if they were selling weed. The space is tiny so not worth dining in. Not worth dining at all unless you’re hungry or in a hurry.
