I went on February 9 2023. It was hard to tell who had ordered already and who was waiting on their food. They need like a divider or something. Dining room was a bit dirty. Staff seemed overwhelmed and definitely need more training. Food was tasty but not worthwhile. Had the Buffalo chicken salad with a side of their spicy avocado dressing. Overall just very average all around. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back like I did on this day, but I wanted to see what all of the hype was about.

*UPDATE* – Would like to just point out that the “Response from the owner” went no where. I e-mailed, received a response asking how I would like to be contacted for follow-up. I said E-Mail is fine. Then never heard anything back. So much for good customer service!!!

this is my first time coming here but i found out about this from a friend. the food is good don’t get me wrong but incredibly overpriced. all i got was a wrap with lettuce chicken and cheese and i spent almost $20 this is crazy for food that isn’t top tier. extra money for cheese is crazy not even chipotle does that. seems like i’m sticking with chipotle and subway

the portions are small. i’m still hungry, which is disappointing. they also charged me extra for quinoa but there was no quinoa in the bowl. they confirmed it was “extra” and i said sure. they made sure it was added to the tab. it was also marketed as a warm bowl but there was nothing warm about the bowl. i had heard good things so i came by but the wait (even though the line was short) was long – i was in there for 25 minutes for one salad and one warm bowl. the people working seemed very nice but looked like it was chaos behind the counter. it is not well oiled and there’s a lot of confusion, yelling (hard to hear) and lots of waiting. it was definitely not worth the $30 for a salad, and a cold bowl with quinoa that i was charged for but did not get. i would still consider coming back here to see if improves next visit.. the food was tasty though and it’s nice to have a quick lunch spot like this in town so i do hope it gets better. will def review again (hopefully with more stars) next time.

It was a great experience with great customer service. The salad I got was the Tokyo super greens with chicken and their homemade miso dressing dressing which was very yummy! I paired with the pb protein smoothie which also was very delightful. I will for sure be coming back!

My first time here and loved the experience, would for sure come back!! Loved the salad!! Love that everything is reusable and recyclable!! Was serviced by a lovely young lady named Gabby, she was very sweet and kind. She explained how everything worked and I didn’t have to wait too long for my salad! Would 100% recommend if you want to eat healthy and feel good about it.

First time and the last. I ordered a salad with tofu for pickup and when I opened it there was literally no tofu and just lettuce. Also they don’t have a store number so if you call the number connected to the google page it takes you to a useless corporate number.

Great salads with many varieties to choose from. The price is high, but the portion is large and surprisingly kept me full until dinner time. Many dressings as well. The sales are chopped and dressings mixed on. It is a great concept and has very good taste.

I came in today for the first time to this store. The worker Janet took my order. She was very helpful and patient with me. I wasn’t sure what salad to get she told me some popular salads and I went with the crispy chicken poblano. The portions are good and the quality is amazing for the price. Quality and quantity is my main expectations for salads and this place got that. 5 stars for me will be coming for my lunch breaks.

So irresponsible. Learn to follow instructions. Vegetarian for over 30 years. Bit into salad only to find I’m biting into chicken. Disgusted. Don’t cater to vegetarians if you can’t follow basic instructions. People don’t eat meat for religious, ethical and even medical reasons like allergies. So irresponsible. Won’t be ordering again.
