Food is mediocre quality. Products advertised as “Hot n Ready” are not, even during times its supposed to be. They don’t honor that commitment at all. Staff are frequently rude and management is not helpful. A dining counter exists, but is very small. Its always loud inside with staff blasting music and playing around. Seems to often have more staff than needed as many don’t seem to have anything to do. Food is very cheap. Best option is the drive-thru pickup and order online via their app. Minimal contact with staff.

Sources online said the pretzel crust pizza had the option to swap the cheese sauce out for tomato sauce instead. I like the pretzel crust but find the cheese sauce along with the mozzarella to be just too much, so tomato sauce wouldve been much more preferable. I get to the store and they told me they couldn’t do that. Don’t see why they couldn’t accommodate such a simple substitution. Just flat out told me no, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have always loved their pizza but the topping are very skimpy and only in the center of the pizza. The price is right but they could go far more on their topping. Very sad from when I was a kid!!!!!

Definitely love this restaurant they have amazing deals like the 3 medium pizzas for 21$ and a lot more. You even get online points you can put towards free food, very good service, and fast, highly recommended.

Happy they’re back in town! They are craaaazy busy, having just open, so their online ordering systems are down (for now) and it’s very hard to place an order over the phone. We decided to go in person to order. There was about a 5 minute wait outside (social distancing measures mean they can’t have everyone waiting inside, but they did allow a man with a young child to wait inside out of the cold which i thought was very nice). Once we placed our order we were given a pager so that we could wait in the car for our order to be finished. They are hot n ready, and one of the pizzas we ordered was ready for us immediately, but we had to wait (with our pager) for about 5 minutes until our crazy bread (and second pizza) was ready (and oh was it worth the little wait). I would definitely recommend placing your order in person for the time being until the excitement dies down a bit and business slows down to a “normal” pace. All staff members we interacted with were so kind and courteous. Prices are so reasonable and fair, we walked away with two pizzas, two orders of crazy bread, and extra crazy (marinara) sauce for $19 and change. Incredible! Next time we go, I want to try their wings.
