I’ve never had issues in roughly 8 years coming to this DD. Friendly staff and my orders are always ready when I arrive. Use the DD app, place your order and in 5-10 minutes skip the line, pick up your order and earn points for free items on the menu once sufficient points are accumulated.

This Dunkin’s is right up the street from my house so I stop in every day. They need to get there act together. 2 days in a row I have waited at the counter for over 10 min. They focus on drive-through which is fine but there was 7 employees that were all have conversations about the night before while I’m standing there being completely ignored. It’s unfortunate because There are all polite and helpful when you can get them to acknowledge your presence. This happens every time I go in. I’m hopping with the new employees they hired will do better.

Worst service ever!! I go to Dunks at least twice a day, I drive for a living and this was the worst! Ordered 2 cinnamon raisin bagels. Hardly any cream cheese and not match right! Brought them back in, said I wanted them done right, no more bagels, so asked for refund. Had to call boss to find out how to do a cash refund, then looked through trash for receipt, couldn’t refund with out it!!! So fed up I walked out!!

Increasingly getting worse. I got a pancake wake up wrap with cheese and sausage & an iced macchiato with caramel and milk (it was horrible) and was sick to my stomach all day. Not sure how or why, the coffee (more often than not lately) tasted burnt. They should also bring back the other Dunkin Rewards because this new one is ridiculous.
