Their toaster was down and it still took the same amount of time to get our food ready. The mac & cheese was severely skimped on and when I asked them about it they tried to justify that it was going to overfill if they filled it up more. It was a little more than half of the tub filled. They act like the mac and cheese was going to come out of their paychecks. Toaster not working is totally understandable but I would not have tipped if I knew their service was going to be bad too.

I went firehouse last night and The service was terrible. They did not get my order right when I got home to see this. I called them back. And explain to them what was going on with my food. And they were no help at all. They just said someone would call me maybe. I have not heard from anyone to try to resolve this. I wasn’t able to eat my food because everything they did. I’m allergic to it so I wasn’t able to eat it. They never told me to come back and they’ll fix it. He just said, oh, well And someone will call you. The employees are very rude. They’re too busy talking With each other to pay attention. To what people are ordering. I will never go back to this place again. They have lost my business.

I never had a bad experience @ Nellis & Sahara location, all very happy helpful and most in important good with my kids. I just love the atmosphere. Jordan and his whole crew was really nice! They even accommodated our family to the best ability to this whole thing. They even laughed @ my stupid dad jokes. They where just so friendly! This is by far the best sandwich shop in town.

Just stopped in this place UNFORTUNATELY because of EXTREMELY POOR customer service I didn’t even place an order. I walked in and there are 5 people behind the counter no one in line to order food and I did not even get acknowledged.
