We had not expected a new menu or new name for this location. It’s still part of Fun Noodle Bar but offers a new, unique flavor and offerings. The fried lamb with vegetables is absolutely delightful, offering a light and airy feel on the tongue with a robust flavoring of chili. The pork spare ribs are phenomenal, just the perfect amount of sweetness to offset a mild pork flavor, and the meat literally falls off the bone. The Singapore Curry rice noodles had a little fire but the curry isn’t overwhelming or leaves a bitter aftertaste. Overall an excellent experience and we definitely look forward to being repeat customers.

I’m not entirely sure how to rate the food as I’ve never really had anything like it! The fried rice was good (very much like any other place). The cucumbers are good although not really spicy at all. Now to the unique part, the main event, the beef in hot chili oil. It’s very interesting. Very large! Unsure why they don’t offer a smaller single person size. With a price tag of 21.95 I wouldn’t order it again. It wasn’t very spicy and I really thought it would be. It had sliced beef and came literally in a bowl of oil with an array of peppercorns and other stuff that I am just unsure of. Something super bitter and kind of crunchy. The peppercorns were crunchy and delicious but something else was chewy and had a very pungent flavor. I liked the cabbage and bean sprouts in it but everything was covered in the seeds that were overwhelming. It was worth the try but now I know it is not for me. The prices are really too high for me to come back. With a lunch price tag of 70$ for 3 people it just wasn’t worth it. Now if you know about the beef stuff and really love it, it might be worth it for you. Not a bad review at all but a warning that this place is expensive and the food doesn’t really reflect high end cuisine.

I went in hoping to find Fun Noodle. I knew I was taking a risk with only a few cars at 7pm, but we did it anyways, just hoping it was good food.

This is the most fresh Chinese food I have had in the states! I had the fried lamb with cumin (just the right amount of heat). The lamb was remarkably tender, and the portions were huge! I recommend the prawn toast I’m addicted.

Looking at the menu online I thought sure $15 a meal is a little steep but maybe it’s big portions. So I went ahead and ordered. Then the total for two meals came out $37.50….for two people to eat. I know inflation exists but that is ridiculous. The food was pretty good, but not almost $20 a person good. Good luck staying open with those prices.
