This place’s specialty is its noodles, but I was craving something sweet and crunchy. There is nothing better than Korean fried chicken! For my entree, I opted for slow braised oxtail on a healthy serving of miso bomb rice. The Don’ buri comes with ajitama soft boiled egg and Chinese broccoli with crunchy garlic and scallions. This dish has lots of umami! It’s hard to eat with just chopsticks, but it’s well worth it! Very satisfying on a cool, cloudy, misty day.

Pho brisket and Buddha : 9 spice wings : Bao buns. Hot teas. Double dragon fire sushi. See menu. The pho fills you up. The darkness pho is smooth and warm. Buddha is spicy. Brisket is filling. They are all excellent. Fire sushi is a must. Teas come in small pots that provide a good amount. The 9 spice are hot but not killer. Crispy on outside. Very good.

The interior is very lovely! The food comes out quick, and the pork in the ramen is the best I’ve ever had. I can’t believe this place is in granby! I can’t recommend it enough

Every time I’ve been here, the experience has been amazing. Ramen is consistently the best I’ve had and is on par with shops in Tokyo. Staff are quick and efficient!

This is my second time here. I’ve been in there dine in and now take out. The sushi is good. I mean really good. And they don’t use a bunch of sea weed which I love.

The dining room felt very utilitarian, and it’s like the space was a spillover for when their main dinner hall is full. No one came to greet us when we first came to the door, and we had to keep walking in to find people working there to know what to do and sit. The place wasn’t busy and only one wait staff working. The server was lukewarm at best. The food I got was Pho + brisket. It looked very plain and no typical garnishing accompanying with it like basil, bean sprouts and lime… etc. So the two noodle soups we got were fine but felt it was missing something…just not quite there for me.

This is one of the best ramen places I’ve been to. I ordered the Buddha Ramen. The broth was flavorful and the ingredients were fresh.

Awful. Idk how the reviews are so high. Confusing entrance, (no sign with the name and one entrance for takeout, the other is around the back for dining room with no hostess station or greeter. Totally bizarre.) the waitress acted like we were interrupting her meal – she was eating between the 3 tables she was serving. She literally threw the to go container on the table and was SO unpleasant the whole time) , the rolls were average at best, and the chicken was so greasy it made me feel sick afterwards. I ordered a coke and a can was plunked down on the table. The check is a QR code that you pay on your own. All in all, it’s literally set up to have the least amount of service/interaction with your server. Definitely won’t go back. There are much better places.

This is an updated review 5 years later. I still love this place for their ramen. I sometimes come here with my wife and two toddler boys. If it’s rainy outside and you have nothing to do. Take your significant other or a friend to have a relaxing time and some comfort food. Here are my picks. Btw, when I hear other people place their orders, they get the same thing we do because those dishes are that good.
