I arrived in Columbus at 1:30 AM and the hotel staff handed me a stack of advertisements for pizza places that stay open late. Mama Mia’s was on top so I grabbed it and gave it a try. I was told on the phone that the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes and it was right on time.

HORRIBLE. NOT CLEAN. They use imitation cheese and do NOT wash their hands when preparing their food. I watched the guy that makes the pizza work the register, then go back and start touching the food without cleaning his hands and/or applying gloves. Gross establishment and horrible customer service.

This place is TERRIBLE. The ONE, small pizza I ordered took over an hour and a half and arrived COLD. It was clearly just a frozen pizza that hadn’t been heated through. When I tried to discuss this with the staff, they told me nothing could be done. I called several other times and a manager was supposed to get back to me but still hasn’t. Long story short, do NOT order from this dump!

Really? I mean… Really? The date is 2/3/2020. Did not decide to write about it until now. I call, they sound… aggravated over the phone. They said it would take 30 minutes, got in 5 minutes early. Nearly 20 minutes later, they give it to me, paid, left, ate, and it was unsatisfying, please dont take offense its just my opinion.
