I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE, AGAIN! I’m surprised that this fast food restaurant is still open. The female cashier was very rude and even seemed as if she wanted to result to violence. The order complaint was discussed with the manager/owner, but he was extremely Unprofessional and Insolent. As a customer, I was made to feel as If I was not important.

I ordered online through the app and waited at stall four. Several cars who got there after I did all got their orders before me and I sat there for close to an hour (roughly 45 to 50 minutes) before my order came out and it was still incorrect and the drink they gave me tasted flat and had little to no carbonation.

I only ordered two drinks and cheese sticks. I’m never disappointed with the cheese sticks, and the Dr. Pepper slush I always order is consistently made. The wait time was kind of long, and had I been in a hurry I might’ve taken issue with it, but I wasn’t so it didn’t bother me.

The service is HORRIBLE, it seem likes NOBODY there wants to work. You pull up to one of the stalls the message comes up and says we will be with you soon and noone ever comes on. They let u sit there 10 to 15 then still dont come on to help you and mind you they are not busy, one car at the window so they cant say they cant help you because they have several workers there cause they NOT working otherwise we would have gotten served. SAD CASE!!!! Yall need to check yall employees. PERIOD!!!!
