The food at the Bay Bell restaurant was exceptional. Kudos to Chef Byron! We had the collard green eggrolls which were phenomenal! Everything we ordered was great. The service was top notch. I drove all the way from Toledo for the meal. Would definitely recommend.

Have been going here for a few years to get breakfast. First time coming for dinner after they remodeled and I have to say it blew away my expectations. All the food was delicious and quite a wide dinner selection. Definitely will be back!!!

My folks and I visited the Bay Bell last weekend. We had a great experience!! We had ribs as an appetizer. I had a delicious porterhouse, with a salad and asparagus. My mom had mahi, and my dad had grilled shrimp. We had a piece of cheesecake for dessert, and our server was wonderful! I will definitely return!

Quite an upgrade from the old place. Lake views and a good menu. Frog legs were excellent. Wife had fried rice which was also very good. Catfish and cheese grits also good. Would have given 5 stars but it is pretty pricey.

We gave Baybell a try for dinner. The theme of the restaurant is boating as they are right by the lake. This was their grand opening week. They have a full bar and a decent wine list. The menu has lots of different fish entrees as well as a variety of steak cuts. The lighting was very bright, but they told me they have someone coming to fix that soon. The tritip sandwich I had was dry and had no toppings other than pico de Gallo, so I was a little disappointed, but they have a good variety on their menu, so I will give them another try. They also serve breakfast.

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, but opportunities were a little more limited during Covid. Finally made it over and am glad I did! First, the place is bigger than I thought, with substantial seating inside and out. The inside is not fancy but clean, current, and nicely appointed, and it has a lot of windows providing views and natural light. With all the seating, it appeared that even in season, you may have a good chance at being seated fairly quickly, which can’t be said for some other competitors. They were a little short staffed during my visit (and were very apologetic for such), but even so, my service was great. Even the back-of-house (which actually may have been an owner helping in the kitchen) went out of their way to make sure my experience was good. – It was very clear that ownership and staff care….And, as always, isn’t that half the battle? My food (breakfast) was nicely presented and tasty. I’ll be back, and I recommend you try it, too!

We tried this restaurant for the first time this weekend! The atmosphere was fabulous the food was fantastic and our waitress, Kendra, was amazing! We loved it so much we ventured back Sunday morning for breakfast before heading home and had the same great service with Kendra again! Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!
