I’m trucker from the Dakota’s and I make a delivery in Columbus a couple times a month. Started ordering from here at the beginning of the year. They come to the truck and my location. All of the big chain pizza joints won’t. Honestly the pizza is pretty good. I like the chocolate chip cookie pizza the best! Thanks for the service, as a trucker 1100 miles from home it means a lot.

Actually accepted my online order during prime dinner hours on a Wednesday night (unlike the other local places that were too “busy” to accept anyone else’s orders/business–I mean, they could have just pushed out the pickup/delivery time to 2+ hours or something…guess they don’t need the money) and delivered it to my door well before the estimated time. Pizza was delicious and thanks to the other guys not wanting my business, I discovered a new really good, go-to place. 🙂

Hello PLEASE READ: I used to work here for about 5 short months I would say this place has poor management. First thing wrong orders when I tried to train them how to do it CORRECTLY they didn’t pay attention they hired so many young teens (15-16) they wouldn’t listen so that makes us upset cause now we have to do everyone’s job. During football season we have 200+ orders coming in all at once especially when there’s people not paying attention handing out the wrong orders, deliveries: If we have 2 drivers and you order 30$ plus on food we have to make sure that’s cooked and ready then get others there’s other people ordering as well so it may take time. Especially when they ordered far. If you live in Upper Arlington or near there there’s a location there stop ordering far cause that’s why your order is late. Be smart. Phones we can’t answer EVERY phone call if there’s only 4-5 people working we have other things to do to answer the phone I’m sorry. We got orders coming in pizzas coming out we can’t run answer the phone listen to you for 10-20mins deciding what you need when there’s a number you text and it’s 10% off ?! Common sense people!!!

Usually love jets. Had a less than stellar experience here on 11/20/21. Pizza wasn’t ready in the quoted time, gave them a pass on this because they were clearly busy. The bigger issue however, when I got home they gave me a regular pepperoni pizza with normal sauce when I paid for and 8 corner and requested light sauce! Significant price difference. Very disappointing.

We had to drive 15 minutes to get there I think I might have ordered the wrong type of pizza cuz I got a thick crust pan pizza and I want just a regular thin crust pizza that’s what I had the last time it was awesome the last time this time here the pizza wasn’t very good it had too much bread it wasn’t what I was expecting

This location is the worst. DO NOT ORDER. They’re consistently awful. Not once has a pizza been delivered in the quoted time. Last time it was delivered cold and 45 minutes late. They refuse to answer the phone so there is no way to contact them whatsoever. You can order online but if there’s an issue you’re on your own. What pizza place just doesn’t answer the phone? Tonight I was starving and it was getting late and so I ordered a pizza. The wrong order was delivered to my house and I tried calling to get the issue fixed. Surprise! They won’t answer the phone AGAIN. Even though they’re supposed to be open for another hour. I can’t even ask them for a refund on my order BECAUSE NO ONE WILL ANSWER.
