Ordered 12 piece nuggets and asked for spicy dipping sauce. Nothing was in the bag but the nuggets and a napkins. So I asked again for spicy dipping sauce which is usually a buffalo sauce and the girl handed me an A&W spicy papa sauce and refused to give me more than one. When I asked her why no Buffalo she just shrugged her shoulders and gave me and obnoxious look. This sauce was sweet, not spicy and one container was nowhere near enough for 12 piece order of nuggets. If I wanted a&W products I would shop at A&W. Why in the world are they giving out A&W sauces with KFC orders? No thank you.

Came inside to order ToGo 20 minutes before they closed the lobby. The person taking our order was more concerned with kicking us out and locking the door behind us than taking our order and completely botched the order. Food was warm but definitely not fresh or tasty.

This place is a joke. You can’t order online. The person at drive-thru doesn’t speak English well so communication is very difficult. They are always out of chicken and you can’t eat inside.

went to go get some food. They completely messed up first order like they usually do, went to go through lobby, was locked, tried calling, didnt answer, went through crowded drivethrough AGAIN and they messed up the replacement food(completely different food rather then fixing just not being spicy) went through a THIRD TIME AND THEY GAVE US THE WRONG FOOD AGAIN!! everytime i go here they mess the entire order up. I always love the food at KFC, and being able to mix and match A&W helps, if you want fries or a milkshake too. The issue with the KFC in bozeman is honestly the workers. I called prior to going because I have a young child and need to be able to use the lobby, and the worker told me it opened at 11:30am. A sign on the door confirmed this, but we waited until almost noon, and no one came to open the door. We ended up having to go through the drive through, which took forever. If you are on a tight schedule, such as a lunch break, I would NOT recommend coming the KFC in bozeman because they are inconsistent with how long it will take. It took about 30 mins, and we were only the fourth car in line.
