So I went here on Saturday and ordered 3 blizzards, a banana split and a cupcake. Everything was fine but tell me why my banana split had no bananas whatsoever. It looked right because the container it was in and all the other ingredients but yeah, I realized there was no banana at all when I got home. Pretty disappointing.

I came to this dairy queen in search of a small icecream cake. I went inside and looked around the freezer for a small 2-4 person cake and couldn’t find one . I picked up two smaller cup cakes and was greeted by Ana Rai with a warm and friendly smile and she asked if she could help. I explained I was looking for a small cake for two to share for a fun extra anniversary suprise. Ana smiled and said that two cupcakes weren’t the way to go. Lol! So, she personally went behind the counter and designed a BEAUTIFUL icecream cake for two and even asked if I would like anything special on it. This is an example of OUTSTANDING customer service, Ana certainly went above and beyond for me even before closing time on a long shift. I can’t thank her enough for that special act of kindness tonight. Thank you Ana Rai and thank you DQ!

I really appreciate all the slow service you always have, it’s clear you don’t actually want to be a a Dairy Queen that actually sells food, so why are you bothering to? Making people wait 15 minutes for their food while you keep serving everyone else. Just the worst fast food place I’ve ever seen.
