I ordered the pizza on sunday around noon, the pizzas came like an hour late and cold. They forgot to cut the pepperoni pizza and they forgot to add banana peppers on the Zesty Italian pizza.

Gosh, I really wanted this to be better. There’s a big sign outside this place showing off a specialty pizza, so that’s what I wanted to try. It came out very underwhelming. After sitting and listening to an employee in the back rant about his job history, the pizza finally came out and I was very disappointed- it had no flavor, and the crust tasted burnt. I didn’t even end up finishing it.

I don’t know if it’s location or the ones working but the Tuscan 6 Cheese cheesesticks were terrible and didn’t even seem like there was even 6 cheeses on it. We got the same order at 1809 S Church St #306, Smithfield, VA 23430 and it was amazing. They were cheesy, well cooked and even the dipping sauce was good. Tuscan Six Cheese should be cheesy considering it says 6 cheeses. Felt like this location on Little Creek Rd was just horrible and honestly a rip off. We need a store like the one in Smithfield who seems to know how to make the food and give the customers what they actually order.

Crusty looking old delivery guy wreaked of cigarettes then asks for a tip and stands there when you bluntly tell him no. That aside, the quality sealed stickers are a joke because they’re never put on to mark the box sealed or if they are put on the box’s, at least one portion of it remains open. The last two pizzas have been excessively greasy like Pizza Hut and stick to the cardboard, so I end up losing half my pizza to cardboard.

After many orders I am happy to say that I consistently get great quality pizza from this location. On my most recent order I used the app and was able to track delivery which was faster then the original time quoted. The driver personally thanked me upon delivery. It was a really good experience.

Came in to get my pizza had a coupon, I had to stand there for 10 minutes till the guy got how to do it. Then I was looking at the guy very dirty pizza was to be a large pepperoni black olive when I got home it had very little sauce pepperoni or black olives will never go back. Very poor for Papa John’s.
