I haven’t eaten at a pizza hut in over 5 years because of the decline in toppings and value. I wish I’d purchased a frozen pizza tonight instead of PH. 20 bucks for a “supreme” pizza and nowhere on the pizza did two toppings touch one another. It was sad how bad it tasted as well. They have continued on their downward track. The person that took my order was nice though. I think I’ll be okay never doing Pizza Hut again. It’s a shame, they used to be my favorite.

We ordered from Pizza Hut, for the first time in 20+ years. The pizza itself was very good however, there was a serious lack of toppings! Seems we paid for dough, sauce & cheese. We might give our PH another chance but … we’ll be looking for MORE toppings!

I ordered delivery via the Pizza Hut app. This store was assigned to handle the delivery. 20 minutes after the forecasted delivery time I received a voicemail from the “manager” saying I was out of their delivery range (should have been an immediate call at the time the order was placed) and to call them back to either cancel or change to carry out. I called this store and was connected with one person with a not so great attitude who was unable to assist with this issue then another person who was supposedly the “manager”. The “‘manager” gave up because they were unable to assist and put me on hold. I waited, hung up, called back multiple times and finally got through. The final person to take my call was also unable to assist with this issue.

Cheese sticks were burnt and the extra marinara cups are extremely small(I mean custom order on purpose small) and an extra .75 each and they are not even half full. One dip is all you get and with burnt cheese sticks you need alot.

Update on original review. Since I ordered the first and and wasn’t completely satisfied I personally got a call from the manager and was given a credit for another pizza. Pizza was good and made just the way I wanted it. I appreciate the concern and customer service from management. Will go back again

Tremendous value. Take out only, but it can’t be beaten for price/quality. Try their thin crust specialty pizzas. You will love the flavor and feel of it. Lighter and it taste better. These guys do a good job!
