Used to be better. Chicken gyro plate was lacking.. fries super soggy.. Greek salad came with a teaspoon of dressing. I’ll probably go somewhere else next time for the price. $50 for 2 gyro plates a salad and soup.

The Italian beef was in paper wrap material that dripped out the bag. The sandwich was very salty like it was old but they added salt to hide it. The cherry pepsi tasted syrupy. I had great experience in Naperville. I am disappointed in the one in Lockport.

The drive-through lady was not happy to ve there, and we felt it through her tone of voice and lack of communication. Nickys overall is great! Food great prices are even better! Employees inpact return customer rates, so please be mindful that you and your food can be great, but the person giving service is what makes the lasting impression! I will return, and i would recommend!

Loved their beef sandwich with green peppers. Now they don’t use green peppers….yellow and red diced soooo small that is doesn’t so any flavor to the beef sandwich. It’s so bland…had to put salt on it. Wish they told me they don’t use green peppers and more. But…the beef sandwich was okay.

This location used to be very good with the food cooked properly. The last 2 visits the turkey burger was over cooked and the jalapeño cheese curds were soaked in grease. Today was so disappointing that I will no longer recommend this place nor will I ever return, I ordered two big baby’s and jalapeño cheese curds. Requested extra pickles on the big baby’s what I received was 2 over cooked big baby’s with two slices of pickle on each. One hamburger patty was the size of the bun. The other one was half the size. The jalapeño cheese curds were soaked in grease. The food is pretty much inedible. Today the blonde husky young lady that took care of the drive-through was very rude for no reason.

I used to have alot of respect for this family owned business been coming for 15 years atleast my dad was friends with one of the owners from the flea market but today they lost a customer Went for my wife’s lunch i asked for a cheeseburger meal ketchup onion only the other ketchup pickle only i again repeated at the window and i get my meal and it has mustard on them both and pickles on both so I brought it back in the restaurant and said hey these were wrong could i please just have them remade which again i has only ten min to get back to work so the owner goes with a condescending attitude “i asked you at the window and I changed it to that” but i never said that idk where she kept getting mustard from anyway she basically said i didn’t say that which is rude you should just make things like that right for a customer i work in food I understand things happen but no need to belittle me and have a attitude i will surely take my business elsewhere definitely don’t see them two lasting much longer!
