When reaching out for the door to hold it open. I slipped on some indoor floor mats that shouldn’t have even been outside on the sidewalk. It was a dry, sunny day today. These mats should have been inside to start off with. While I was stepping the mat, slipped or slid on sidewalk, and I fell. I had to leave to hold my composure. At 7 to 10 mins later, I called the store to let them know how dangerous these were on the sidewalk, especially for pregnant women. I informed the employee I am pregnant and these should not be there. Instead of the lady asking if I was if i hurt, ok or saying I’m going to remove them asap, or get my name and phone # to follow up. She said I would let my manager know tomorrow. This is unacceptable and unprofessional way to handle a situation like this. This is a safety concern and should of been removed as soon as possible!!!!

They are always out of food and most of their drinks are gone every time I am here. I used to stop in almost 3 times a week getting diesel for my work truck, pizza and drinks. Now when I go everything is always gone. I hardly go once a week now and even when I do visit hoping they have just a single slice of pizza or anything they never do. It’s gone down hill a lot. Very sad.

I normally stop here daily each morning for ice coffee, however this specific morning I had a big staff meeting and decided to “Pre Order” my office breakfast. I ordered a breakfast pizza almost an hour prior to pickup and when I arrived I went to the register to pay, I then went to pick up my pizza; But all I seen was a lady in the back singing along to music. I tried getting her attention and when I finally did she said she didn’t hear my ticket print! Not okay at all, you’re job is to be in that area and yet you failed to pay attention. I’m very disappointed and will NEVER give this store any business.

People making food are extremely slow. Was told 10 mins for a pizza and they did nothing for 10mins and then started making it. Wouldn’t of been a big deal if he would of said it would take longer initially. Do not recommend if your time is of any importance because to the employees you are not

The cashier on duty was very attentive and personable. She did as best as she could’ve being the only one on duty. I had questions answered promptly and respectfully, served with a smile and even learned new information about the area. My only reserve is that I wish she had extra help at the time. The line I waited in was extremely long!

Great overnight crew. I’m 1st shift, and always stop there before work. The half and half machine has been broken for a couple weeks, and I use a lot, so dawnta started to switch the vanilla creamer and half and half as they run out. She has great customer service.

Trying the delivery for the first time. The order was delivered an item short but the delivery driver made it right. The food was pretty good. The employee really made the difference here. That goes a long way. Work out the kinks but all in all keep up the good work and this could become very popular
