Absolutely amazing service! The woman at the drive thru seemed totally excited to see us and make sure we had the perfect meal. Not sure what her name is, but we visited at noon on 29 August and it was an older black woman at the window. Hope she can get the recognition she deserves for making us feel like we were dining in her own kitchen!

High quality Zaxby’s. Service was great, credit card machine was down but that happens. Workers were friendly, food was prompt and high quality. Zaxby’s can be hit or miss sometimes but definitely recommend this one.

The Manager woman is very rude. She doesn’t need her job. I simply asked her to repeat my order and at the window she gave me so much attitude for no reason. Food was great, other members of the staff were great but that Manager is awful. She doesn’t need to be in the service industry.

Pretty sure this place has some of the worst chicken. I’ve been to 6 Zaxby’s and the chicken is always cooked to a rubber consistency. I wasn’t sure why I never went, but now I understand. Would not recommend the food to anyone. Salads were even wilted.

Come thru drive thru ordered two boneless wings and things meals, and peach tea with both. Had to repeat my order 4 times because person taking order didn’t understand what I wanted and then placed the order incorrectly, when we got to the window we were given drinks which I thought were correct they were not we got regular unsweetened tea, and when I looked at the receipt because we had to pull forward because they couldn’t get the food prepared quickly, I noticed that the receipt showed the wrong items of a boneless wings snack, I went inside to discover the entire staff laughing and playing and not working when I presented my receipt and said my food was wrong, the person who rang up the order “ Makiya M. “ got an Attitude with me and said well can I have the food back, when I told her I haven’t even been given my order yet she initially refused to correct the order and ran to her manager stating that “ why should we have to fix this, I gave him food” when they agreed to fix the order I was again told to move to the parking lot because they needed to keep the lane empty for others placing orders, except there was no one placing orders, about 10 min later I received my food and when I asked for straws I was told” we don’t have any”.

I can’t rate the atmosphere due to going through the drive thru which was a quick, accurate and even timely. Now I mentioned timely because unlike the restaurant in Greenwood SC, this Zaxby’s is completely different. It is so easy to go through this drive thru. Trash all over the floors , drink machine out of everything except regular coke, no tea not unsweet tea. No napkins bathroom had no soap no pare towels. The staff just standing around behind the counter and act like it’s an inconvenience when you ask for napkins. Freaking terrible
