A one hundred dollar onion with no cheese. Is that what we ordered? Nope. I double-checked. That’s not what we ordered. That’s a fairly accurate description of what we got, though. You can stop reading reviews now and get your next meal somewhere else. You want details? Okay. We had 3 different meals. Texas rice, Texas pasta, and Texas nachos. That’s not what they’re called on the menu, but close enough. We also had Texas dip. Now, I know times are hard and can understand using a little less cheese dip to save. But, nachos should have enough cheese to make at least some of the chips soggy. There was so little cheese that 0 chips got soggy. I counted. The pasta had very little cheese. The rice had very little cheese. Oh, and there was at least half an onion sliced up on top of the nachos. This place, though… they committed an even worse sin. You won’t believe it. Ready? The DIP HAD VERY LITTLE CHEESE! That’s right. The dip wasn’t dip. It was meat with about 1 to maybe 1.5 tablespoons of cheese hardened at the very bottom, under all the meat. AND they had the audacity to give us 4 bags of chips! I can imagine somebody laughing until their sides hurt as they put in that 4th bag of chips. Maybe they thought we really wand dry meat with chips and salsa. That wasn’t possible either, because the salsa tasted like it came straight from a special salsa spring deep with the bowels of hell.

We had a wonderful experience at Tarascos. The food was delicious, preparation was great, our server Steve was delightful, and we will certainly be back. After a long day, the margarita was needed, and they did not disappoint!

Service was the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Had no plans to leave a tip but they automatically add it to the bill. It was Karaoke night and there was some great singers. Food was good but they couldn’t seem to get our orders right

first to start with, me and my friend ordered ice tea with no lemon and she brings us tea with no ice and a lemon .. not mention the tea tasted like it had been sitting there for days. second, we asked for ice water instead of the tea and she takes my friends tea and comes back with ice in it and no waters or even ice for my tea. third my food was absolutely disgusting. i asked for the most simplest thing, 2 soft tacos beef and cheese. the meat was so unseasoned/dry and my taco shell was hard as a rock to the point i couldn’t even bite through it. fourth and finally our waiter didn’t check on us for almost 30 minutes when we were done within 15 minutes!! and there was only two other tables in there! that was absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had!

Well, I’m done trying Tarascos. This was their 3rd strike. I always try to give a restaurant the benefit of an off night but….. The place wasn’t busy and still took 10 minutes for menus and drink order. Margarita flight was warm and my friend was sure there wasn’t any tequila in them. The absolute worst chicken quesadilla I’ve ever had, dry and pretty much tasteless. My daughter had to send hers back twice till they got her order right. DONE!!

A group of six of us went on August 19th for a birthday lunch. This was my second time eating here. The first time had it’s issues but this time, there was so much wrong. The server was inattentive and extremely. We needed a few minutes to look at the menu. When the waiter came back with drinks he asked if we were ready to order and we said yes. He said he’ll be right back he forgot his pad. He left our table, went to another table, took their order, and served them drinks before he came back to take our order! We had to ask for limes, more chips & napkins multiple times before we got them. We had to ask for piles of dirty plates to get removed from the table and ask for drink refills because the waiter never bothered. Appetizers came after the main course was served and they were cold. Chorizo Tacos were ordered, it’s pico was missing. Pollo Loco was ordered, it was missing it’s cheese. Fajita nachos were lukewarm. Fajita Quesadilla, a special quite cold. I ordered Grilled Polo Tarascos. For whatever reason it did not come when the rest of the main courses did, and remember the appetizers came after the main courses, my order did not come until after that. It was supposed to have mushrooms on it but they were missing and it was supposed to have onions on it but there were like literally two strands of onion and it was cold. The cold appetizers and my cold meal was sent back and taken off the bill which it should have been. Then the waiter forgot about the kids birthday and had to be reminded for the 3rd time. I said there should be a discount on the bill for all that went wrong. The waiter said the manager wasn’t available to approve that!!!!

Garbage service. Cooks wouldn’t set food in a reasonable time, server wasn’t making sure all food was made. Had to remind server our 3 y.o. Didn’t have food 3 times. Took 20 min for her to get it. Never got part of our order. Yes, we came at same time as a couple bigger groups but, even with that it was bad. Looks like owners don’t know when or how to staff a restaurant. Ownership not present, manager not present, servers not checking on orders, cooks not getting food out correctly, dishwashers just walking around. Drive a little further to anywhere else.
