Honestly if you are vegetarian I’d suggest a different salad place. Most of the salads come with chicken and if you ask to switch for tofu you are upcharged 3$ not worth the money when you get get a larger, better quality salad for the same price or less with plant based alternatives.

Food court dining is generally an unpleasant experience for me. The environment is most often chaotic, and the vendors are usually fast food franchises staffed by minimum wage school kids, offering sub par meals at high prices. Yet, on my first visit to the Park Meadows Mall, in Highlands Ranch, I found myself in front of MAD Greens, which I had not experienced before. In comparison to the other vendors, these guys appeared to offer the healthiest menu. So my wife and I placed our order, and as we watched the employee make her salad, we saw that he added bacon and cheese, which are two food items that my wife is trying to avoid. She was no justt aware these items were included in her salad and when I suggested that she change her order, she declined to do so.

Super sweet staff! My Caesar salad was amazing and tasted fresh. Cold and crunchy just how I like it. Nice to see a healthy option especially at a mall food court.

I ordered two salads that were delicious!! My overall experience was five-star, due to the quality AND customer service. There was a super friendly and accommodating young lady working behind the counter. She was able to answer my questions, as I have allergies to gluten and dairy. Excellent customer service and excellent tasting salads.

It was okay, but had a few mess ups. Size of my salad was wrong and the wrong cheese was put into the salad. On top of this, the protein was pretty burnt. They got the other order right however, so 3 stars.

Terrible experience at Park Meadows location. Employee was not wearing mask correctly and adjusted the whole time he was taking my order. Whenever he didn’t hear me he would take off his mask to hear me better… super disappointed as I really like mad greens but don’t know how I feel about it after this incident. Not to mention, my order was not taken correctly and the employee forgot to add the ingredients listed for the salad of my choice..

I got my bowl to go with wild rice. When I got home to eat it @15 minutes later, the rice was so hard I could not eat the bowl. When I called there was nothing they could do unless I drove back to the mall. I had other plans.

I stopped by there last night and ordered a small Pancho Villa salad. We went home and share with my husband. Honestly, the salad was blend, the Southwest chicken didn’t taste anything, only few ingredients in salad, and cost $10.09 (including tax)…it’s well over priced. We never go back again. I should have read the reviews first before trying it.
