Food was good , I ordered an steak burrito and a Agua Fresca which was really refreshing . Food was an 6-10 , Only downside was Napkins &Straws weren’t stocked and lobby area wasn’t clean at all . Overall experience was okay they were pretty quick making my food ! Customer service was also okay .

Very rude staff not paying attention to making the food instead are talking about a guy on a bike and someone who said hi to them. ♀️ This seems to be a problem with Chipotle not the first time. Tried to speak to a manager but no one would call him over for us.

It was honestly so disappointing. Maybe I just got really unlucky but I managed to get a piece of plastic, avocado peel, huge chuck of onion, and really pink meat all in one plate. Maybe it was because it was really packed. The workers were really nice about it and offered a refund or remake.

Honestly the portions have been going down. Why are they so greedy with cheap ingredients? And my partner mentioned one of the cooks picking at the chicken while cooking it, like chewing then stopped then pretended to walk away and started to chew again.

Grill worker was using same tongs to put raw chicken on the grill and take cooked chicken off and into the pans for serving. Steak was way undercooked. Temps were not checked on chicken before pulling off the grill and into the serving pans. No napkins.

I come here about two times a week, close to work. The staff are friendly and I’ve never had issues. They serve the right portions and by far, best chipotle in town. I’ve been to almost all and none of them come close to their level of service.
