Maybe I’m biased because I worked for Papa Johns at 4 locations in the area over many years. But the pizza is always amazing. I can eat it and never get tired of it. Very good pizza. Ordered just two pizzas and they said it would take 20 to 30 minutes, arrived there and they were obviously swamped. I waited patiently behind another guy for about 12 minutes until I finally asked him if they took his order they didn’t, I looked behind the counter to see the leader yell at his teammates and they weren’t happy. No one else came to the counter to see what he or I wanted and at the same time the drive thru had a customer waiting as well. I would’ve/ should’ve left when I walked out to cancel my order but they said it was ready but I stayed on and received my order. I won’t go back to that location again.

My wife put in an order for 2 pizzas and some wings, and it said it would take a little over and hour. This was understandable considering it’s Friday evening. However, just over two hours later, we call to see what’s going on with the order. They said it hasn’t been made yet. Soon as we get off the phone, the driver showed up with our food… It was HORRIBLE. The boxes were all crushed, the toppings that belong on the pizza were stuck to the top of the box leaving the pizza bare. The wings had somehow dropped grease all over everything, and to make matters worse, IT WAS COLD. This is a disgrace, really..

So today was my wife’s birthday and we had a house full of people to celebrate her. She ordered four pizzas at 5:31 pm to be delivered for 6:45. At 7:28 after she had already called once, I called and spoke with the manager on duty. He states it would be no less than forty five minutes before we could get our order. Needless to say I was not happy. $68 for pizza and it would be 2 hours late. Eventually I asked why they took our order if they could not fulfill it. It took ten minutes of back and forth and was eventually told that if I couldn’t come get it ( what’s the point of delivery then) the. They would have door dash deliver it. So why wait until the customer is irate? What not just send it via door dash if you can’t make the delivery. I get it’s Friday night and they’re busy. But to be ordered 1:15 minutes before the delivery time gave them plenty of time to do what was needed. Then they didn’t offer a discount considering it was almost two hours late before it got here. It wasn’t hot. I just don’t understand how you can show this much of a lack of customer service and stay in business. #DOBETTER#TAKECAREOFYOURCUSTOMERS#SOMUCHBS

Love this location!!! I drive the extra 2 miles to come to this one rather than the Tillman’s Corner one because it’s cleaner, the staff is friendly ALWAYS, and the pizza is amazing and always cut through the crust (I have a pet peeve ordering pizza and it not being cut all the way and then we have to cut it at home). This location does great representing the Papa John’s name!!

Ordered two pizzas and breadsticks today. I swore I wouldn’t order from here again. Well, I promise, it will never happen again. Once again the order was wrong, cold and took forever. Pizza was not baked long enough, both, thin crust and traditional were mushy. Even after reheating, it was still the most bland pizza I have ever ordered. Paid for extra garlic sauce to dip the bland pizza in, well, once again they failed to put the sauce in the box. Papa johns, you should be ashamed of the quality and service. Also, I didn’t order through door dash, so why is door dash delivering my food?
