stopped by charley’s for lunch at the mall. the cheesesteak and fries were quite pricey and the portions were a bit small. still, the service was very quick – food was delivered within a few minutes of ordering. in my opinion, the cheesesteak was a bit dry and could have used a little more cheese. but, it was highly customizable since they make it to order, which was very nice. the fries were rather mediocre, but i didn’t expect much from a cheesesteak store. would recommend if you’re craving a cheesesteak 🙂

Service was quick and everyone was friendly. Prices are decent and there are quite a few options. For a combo, which included a regular fry and drink was 11 bucks. First time I ever tried this place out, I went with the chicken steak with provolone cheese, grilled onions and peppers. It was ok, the onions and peppers gave it a great taste. The bread was fresh and toasted just right. For being located in a food court, it was better than I had expected; however, it wasn’t a mouth watering chicken steak.

I have only have bought food here 3 times and there’s a reason why… no one can simply make or get the order right, I had specifically asked for Gourmet fries with bacon and they figure or they add toppings that aren’t supposed to be on you’re cheesesteak. Either repeat the order or ask for me to speak up but this is definitely the last time I’ll be coming here.

Good cheesesteak for a chain outlet at the food court. Chicken tariyaki (gotta admit those pre-pandemic samples hooked me in) and good ol’ Philly. It’s the closest to Philly quality you’re gonna get out of a chain.

For my mall dwelling friends. I really wanted to hate this cheesesteak but I could not. I do not consider it a traditional cheesesteak but it had a good flavor. I got all of the extras and provolone cheese. It came on a soft toasted roll. Somehow it all worked together.

Charleys should be ashamed on ripping me off as well as other people off for $6.49 for a sm cheese steak. It was about quarter of the size shown in pictures on display. Also it’s supposed to come with mushrooms, there was none! Couple peices of green peppers and onions only. Very little meat. The only thing they gave enough is cheese (probably to cover up the small amount of everything else). The sandwich is just such an embarrassment!

Today at the Christiana Mall location they served my daughter raw chicken on her cheese steak. Luckily we caught it. Took it to the register and received a refund and what was the most non apology apology. Theanager just stared at my fiance while the cashier mumbled “sorry”

The prices are decent and there is quite a bit to choose from. You can get a combo for $11. You get a fry And a drink with your meal for that. This is the first time I went here and I got a chicken cheese steak. The bread was fresh and toasted perfectly. For a place at a food court it was really good. But it deffently wasn’t the best I ever had. The staff here is also really nice.
