Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food! Reminds me of the meals my grandparents would make when they were still alive. The gentleman who took our order and served us was so nice. We will be definitely be going back for more. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I support local businesses wholeheartedly but this place is beyond awful. The food truck they previously had was terrible and nothing has changed though they moved. There was a bug in my Horchata and waitress didn’t care. So much to the point were she made a joke about it “adding salt”. The tacos were gross at best. They should have spent more money on their product rather than the decoration of a new place.

First, this is NOT a “chain of restaurants” or americanized mexican food place. If you are used to those types of mexican eateries than don’t go here. If you are a hispanic or even a non-hispanic who has had real mexican food then this is the place. This is a small cafe style place “cafeteria” where the food they make gets bought that morning or the night prior. The food is prepped the morning before they open. Nothing is frozen or reused. Even the chips are homemade tortilla chips fried the day of. There’s no tomato sauce with powder spices in your salsa and there’s no “cheese dip”. They make homemade pozole, menudo, sopa de res. They freshly make their own corn and flour tortillas. Their sauces are freshly homemade. Their horchata tastes like real horchata that was freshly made not bought or processed. They use cilantro and onions. The rice and beans are freshly made the day of and not in an industrial pot. If you have ever had real refried beans then you know it is not supposed to be a pasty pudding like substance drowned in cheese sauce. This was the real thing my friends. The owner took the time to get to know me and we had a really nice conversation about ourselves, where we come from and where we’ve been. I ate everything that was served to me, no to-go box my friends LOL. Portions are perfect and the prices are just right. I’ve been searching for this for a long time and it’s a blessing to have finally found this golden little nugget. I hope they never change or conform to be something else. This is perfecto just the way it is. Gracias Sr. y Sra. Martinez, por haberme recibido con tanta amabilidad y cordialidad, los veo el viernes, pozole y sopa de carne de res day!! I’m so excited!!!

Great customer service, atmosphere and decor… but the food was not all that good. And they have a very limited menu.
