I visited this Dairy Queen location yesterday, 3/06/23 for the first time and I was impressed. As far as Dairy Queen’s are concerned this store is great, it’s remodeled very nicely and the food is great compared to some other locations I’ve been to. I ordered chili dogs with cheese & onions, cheese curds and a peanut butter banana milkshake, all of which was great. Their service is just as good as their food, the young man who took our order was very polite and professional. I’ll definitely be going back.

Young kid at the counter wasn’t friendly at all. She looked like she just lost her best friend. Ordered food and went to find a place to sit and could not find a clean table in the place. Food came out and the fries were so cold and rubbery, I asked the girl to please get us fresh and she seemed like it was such a bother. I will not be back at this location. So disappointing because I live so close to this location.

Ran by kids no adults. Spent whole lunch break waiting for food. Sundae completely melted on counter while waiting and had to be remade, food was left on counter while waiting and was not fresh. By the other reviews of people getting sick, mold, wrong orders, long wait, I wish I would have seen this before I came.

I ordered two 6 piece chicken tender baskets with extra gravy for each. I live 15 minutes from this DQ. When I got home and opened them with my kids, we noticed all 4 gravy’s were runny and looked like warm brownish milk. When the lids were placed on these, they knew that they were giving me bad food. Thank you so very much for giving me this after waiting 20 minutes in line.

Our order took over 15 minutes to come out once ordered. It was still faster than the mobile order stated of 20 minutes. The staff was just standing around. A guy came in after me for a custom cake and it was turned around while we were waiting. Good food once made available.
