My husband and I literally sat in drive thru for 40 minutes…. Patiently was being very respectful…. Come around the building after sitting at the speaker for 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer me while they keep saying hold on and I drive around and there is 4 employees including drive thru worker outside smoking sitting there…. And there was a long line of people waiting and waiting… I just don’t understand, I don’t expect 5 star service at fast food but I do expect people to at least have some human decency and not act like that … that’s just being lazy and not wanting to do your job.
