It was good but I paid $20 for a bbq brisket, 3 sides and a can soda with a ten minute wait. Seems high. The bbq sauce paired well with the brisket. The slaw was light, vinegary and was good with the sandwich. Unfortunately, the bacon mac and cheese wasn’t cheezy enough for me and the potato salad. I like the potatoes with skin on but I think the sauce was a little heavy (like a sandwich with too much mayo).. I would have given 4.5 but no half stars.

They forgot to season everything.. A little dissapointed. Brisket was tender and perfect other than the only flavor was from the BBQ sauce (Sweet Honey) which was pretty good. My wife found some bones in her trout as well. This place has amazing potential, it’s just a shame that they rely on sauces for all the flavor. I’m not from around here so I probably won’t be back, but if I am back. In town I may give it a second chance.

High country barbecue at its best. The chopped brisket sandwich is phenomenal. Topped with a Cherry Dr Pepper sauce and Mikes Low Country sauce. House smoked sliced brisket, ribs, pulled pork and chicken and smoked trout rounded out the meat selections.

If you’re visiting eastern Colorado you must make it a point to stop by Mike’s Corner BBQ in Divide, CO! This is authentic BBQ…wood fired and slow!!!! I had the pulled pork with Mike’s own habanero/berry BBQ sauce as well as his Sriracha BBQ sauce. Both were fantastic!!! His coleslaw adds a great touch to the heated flavors of the sauces. Our son had Mike’s potato salad and the said it was great with his BBQ sandwich.

Whole Smoked turkey for thanksgiving! You bring them the raw turkey and they will smoke it for you. Then you just steam it when you’re ready to serve.

Really awesome smoked rainbow trout. Great flavor. Everyone in our party had something different. From ribs, brisket sandwich, to the trout. It was all good. I had full-size trout meal was perfect size. Sides came in 4oz cups. Beans, and coleslaw. Also tried the potato salad very good as well. Right amount for me. Only thing missing was corn bread (which I didn’t see on menu, but maybe I missed it). We will be coming back.

Do not recommend. Ribs were very tough and chewy. Had little to no flavor. The brisket was also very tough. With all of these good reviews, we had such high hopes. Even their special sauces – a garlic sauce and a peach jalapeño sauce – were not flavorful. The highlight: delicious potato salad and baked beans. High prices for small portions. At least they were friendly. So bummed. Smelled so good walking in the door.
