It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted because they have so many unique sandwich options. They have quick service, I only waited a few minutes for my sandwich. They stuff the sandwich so you’ll get more than you paid for. Great lunch spot!

I normally don’t write negative reviews since it’s not enjoyable. However, in this case, it’s necessary to highlight the food quality and issues encountered at this particular shop. I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich with four sandwiches made ahead of mine (do the math). The workers were respectful but they seem to lack direction and capability (that sounds like a mgmt issue). Moreover, I spent $60 on three sandwiches only to find a single slice of meat in them. (that’s sandwiches, tax, tip, NO chips or drinks)

Absolutely fantastic sandwiches! So many choices on the menu that it’s actually difficult to decide. With a family member with a gluten allergy and another one with lactose issues, we had no problems finding multiple options for them! I can’t wait to go back and try all of the sandwiches on the menu!

Sandwiches are good and lots ot variety. Dining room is always a disaster. Tables are never wiped down by the staff and it’s always a mess at lunch time. Also the A/C doesn’t really work, so the dining room is always 75 degrees or warmer. You can tell their primary business is take out. Not much done to make eat in customers comfortable.

Food is great, the wait and the customer service was horrible. Got there at 1:15 and didn’t leave with my order until 2:02. When I went up there to ask how much longer the black dude had the nerve to have an attitude. Also the restaurant was extremely smoky, while I was waiting for my food my eyes were burning. Don’t recommend coming here as a walk!

Sandwiches were very delicious. I usually go to Ikes in Santa Rosa but this location was just as good. I am rating it lower though because the employee that took my order was not very nice and was laying her arm down on the counter area as if she didn’t want to be there. I’ve had those days myself but you have got to take control and be professional. Also, there were about two or three tables that were dirty and never cleaned while I was there. It was not busy either, maybe 4 people total. The floor also needed cleaning. Took pictures for visuals.
