A decent smashburger, especially considering it was from a wing place. The wings were just okay. I would say it fit the bill for a takeout place. It wouldn’t be my go-to for lunch, but it would definitely not be refused. So overall, I it is not a bad option if you want takeout food that is decent. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

Every time I ordered from here they give me my food hot and delicious. They don’t disappoint me. They also put ranch or blue cheese inside the bag, and any other sauces they have for the wings. Love their fries, Crispy and well seasoned. The bacon cheeseburger deluxe so yummy. Also ordered the six piece traditional wings with Lemon Pepper seasoning. Didn’t order a drink, cause I had drinks at home. Nice customer service, the ones who attend me we’re so nice & friendly. Will come back again to order something different.

I am a regular. I always get the traditional wings. Today I received my order with a feather attached to it. Not one string but a ban of feathers. It was about an inch long. The size of a penny. I understand that chickens have feathers (I was also very polite). What made me upset was the manager’s demeanor. She did not care. How are they cleaning the chicken? She only offered to remake the ones I had left. I did not need the remaining wings. It’s just the principle.

The cheeseburger was super greasy, could scrape cheese off my pores after that. The French fries super super salted. Costumer service not trying to help at all with orders and rewards. The worst thing about my whole order was the boneless wings. It had Parmesan garlic sauce but it was literally so much sauce it looked like soup and I couldn’t eat it even after scraping off the sauce because the wings were turned so soggy with the sauce and un eatable because of how salted it was. So mad that I didn’t take pictures, should have thought of that but I was too mad.

I have now ordered from this location twice (and will not be ordering again). Both orders were quoted roughly a half hour for delivery and both times the delivery was made well over an hour after the order was placed. When the food arrived both times, the food was cold. No one wants to have eat cold chicken wings. Disappointed is probably an understatement.

I dont care how bad you think you want wings. Avoid this place like the plague. They ran out of chicken at 7:30pm. The standard order prep time is still 40 minutes during non peak hours. They will not answer the phone and it hangs up after 30 seconds saying no one is available. They charge $1 for ordering takeout to ‘support that part of the business’ despite being a takeout only location. And they still ask for a tip when you order. I witnessed so many other red flags while I sat in there and waited for my order that actually receiving my overcooked wings and (only) 10 minutes late order seemed like a win. Who tf runs this place

Terrible, ordered buy 1get one, never got the get ones, plus they were so dry and hard couldn’t eat even half the order. Paid for 3 orders and never received the free ones. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst service EVER!!! They took the phone off the hook so they weren’t getting calls between 5-5:30pm, I drive there & order, the girl takes FOREVER to enter my order wrong, then FOREVER to fix it, finally charges me, sends me away & says it will take 30min. to be ready, then I return, ask if the fries/celery/sauces are all in the bag (YES), get home with NO celery, NO fries, a weird mix of sauces, & almost COLD wings. I call, the manager was horrible, acted like she couldn’t hear me, then when I talked louder said she couldn’t help because now I was “yelling” (she clearly just wants any excuse NOT to do her job), I return to the store, they STILL don’t have the fries, celery, missing items bagged, I wait forever, and an order that I started at 5pm online took until 8pm and 3 trips to the store, just to get all of my items. I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE!!! You could make your own food at home 3 x over in the time it takes them to annoy you to death, mess up your order, & maybe get you your items, with attitude problems and no one who cares to do their jobs in a timely manner whatsoever at this location. Go anywhere else!
