This was my family’s first time at Zaxby’s. We stopped on our way to Florida. This was some of the most moist chicken I have ever had. It was very flavorful and seasoned well. The French fries were amazing and tasted homemade with the seasonings. My favorite were the white cheddar bites…very delicious. They need a franchise in the St. Louis area.

Placed a pickup order and arrived 15 mins before scheduled time. Proceed to counter and informed the young man that was up there, he didn’t communicate I would have to wait till my actual pickup time before order would be worked on (and left the building) a young lady came by and asked had I placed an order and I informed her of what was happening (after sitting for 10mins) she was the only person in the front who seemed of help. They could work on customer service and communication a little more but my food was okay

I just wanted to shoutout the manger at Fortress Zaxby’s, Becca. Her customer service was outstanding. She was very attentive and helpful with my order. The restaurant was spotless!! And she answered all my questions kindly with a smile on her face. She made my day.

I had an online order for a 9:20pm pickup. I arrived 25 minutes early. The front counter employee couldn’t find my order at first…2 minutes later after looking at my order number on my phone he found my order. He then informed me that my order wouldn’t be ready until 9:20pm as originally ordered. This tells me never to order here online because it’d be quicker just to use the drive through. ***Update*** Upon arriving home we discovered that the French fries were very small portions and undercooked as well as unseasoned….I will stick with Slim Chickens for strips and fries next time.

I love the dining room atmosphere. Lots of space, big tables, good seating options. Service is friendly. Food is good, but here’s my catching point… I asked for a packet of musturd, and the poor girl behind the counter asked me for $.35. She was embarrassed. I was confused. Upcharging for condiments??!!!?!?!. Gimme a break. What poverty-stricken child grew up and was put in charge of this fast food chain? You may have just lost a customer over $.35. You buy a meal, people expect the condiments, napkins and straws to be thrown in. What’s next? A dollar for toulet paper in the restroom? Or $.50 for soap?? Or $2 table rental in the dining room?? Come on Zaxby’s. Re-think it.

Terrible service! We ordered are food on the app 20 minutes before we arrived. Whenever we got there we had to wait another 30 minutes. The app said are food was supposed to come out at 6:00

Ordered 10 traditional wings and 10 chicken fingers, once we got home and opened up the containers I noticed only half of the order was correct. I called them and explained the situation and decided to remake the 10 traditional wing. Long story short once I got the they gave attitude and didn’t want to make things right. Was about to leave but after waiting for about 30 mins they game me a container full of cold chicken wings .
