Been here several times in the last year and all was good up until this week. Two days ago I went to drive through at about 7 pm – the sign stated speaker wasn’t working, and to pull up to the window to order. After waiting over 20 minutes to get to the window (3 cars were in front of me), I was told that all that was left was a thigh and two wings. I told the worker that they should have closed the drive through and he said “that’s what I said.”

There were a number of things wrong. After waiting for a long line of customers to place their orders, the cashier asked us to wait a minute. Over five minutes later a different person came over to help. Our bill was wrong (prices on menu were less than receipt) but I didn’t say anything because they wanted to charge more for the gravy to be on the side instead of mixed with the mashed potatoes.

Ordered $55 worth of chicken and chicken tenders my daughter and grandkids were coming over that night the meal was pitiful. I was so embarrassed to have my daughter and grandkids over we ended up going out and getting something that frisches the chicken had to be sitting there for 2 hours and the tenders you could not cut with a knife stay away

I come through here so much and it’s really tiring to always have something forgotten from my food. I’m dealing with a stomach ulcer. I even talked to the cashier about how much I loved the biscuits. I even ordered extra biscuits and didn’t receive any. The chicken tenders were stale as can be. $40 meal that I won’t have a part in eating thanks to the careless crew they had last night.
